Mr. Evans specializes in public policy, costing, pricing and non-market valuation, antitrust and regulation, and tort evaluation. He is currently involved in the econometric estimation of various taxes and their burden on different sectors of the Oklahoma state economy. When completed, this model will be the first of its kind in Oklahoma and will provide the most accurate analysis to date of the progressivity of the state's tax system.
Mr. Evans has taught economics at Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. He currently serves as a Visiting Professor of Economics at the University of Tulsa.
